Both phone and email support is provided for Gateway6 owners on a yearly basis. On-site support and product training is also available to help our customers deploy new installations.

Support for Hexago products is available from the main office and from local resellers.
The main office operating hours are from Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 EST. Support outside of operation hours may be available upon request. To contact Hexago support by email, use support@hexago.com. For enquiries by phone, call +1-906-IPV6.
How to Buy Support
Support for the Gateway6 and other Hexago proexago products is provided on a yearly basis. Support contracts may be purchased directly from Hexago's sales team at sales@hexago.com or by phone during business hours: +1.514.906.IPV6.
