Management

Denis has over 20 years of management, accounting and finance experience.  He has held senior financial positions in MDS Pharma Services and Kaufel Group both publicly traded multi-national companies and Wavesat Telecom a privately run enterprise. He has extensive background in financial strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and financial system implementations and improvements. He has participated and led in both debt and equity financing deals in public and private entities.  Denis graduated with a B.Comm in Accounting/Finance from McGill University in 1985 and became a Chartered Accountant in 1988.

Alain Konstantinov – Director of Development

Alain has over 20 years of software engineering, and management experience in the telecom, wireless and networking sectors. He has held senior management positions in the development of packet-data products with Matrox, Hewlett-Packard and most recently at Ericsson where he directed the development of the J20 GGSN, a wireless router jointly developed with Juniper Networks. Alain holds a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal.

Mikael Lind – Director of Technology

Mikael has spent most of his career in research and development in the Internet service provider field. He has been driving the deployment of wireline and wireless IPv6 at one of Europe’s largest telecommunication providers, TeliaSonera, and he has been part of IETF and the IPv6 community for over 5 years. Mikael holds a M.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
